Having Kamaile as my personal trainer was great! She has a very kind and enthusiastic personality that gets me hyped to workout (even at 7 in the morning haha). Kamaile understood my goals and ensured I was on the path to meeting and exceeding them. Every week, we had a variety of workouts so that now, on my own, I have so many to choose from, and I have total confidence in every machine and all the free weights; I now know how to go up in weight safely and when I should go up and when I should pull back. I have not injured myself, and that is because I have one of the best trainers for women. She pushed me when I needed it and gave me the confidence to do the same when she was not around.
